Incredible oceanfront views and a cozy bed made for a pleasant stay. The property was well-maintained, and access to beach chairs and amenities was a nice touch. However, the lack of a full kitchen and TV may be a downside for some. The remote location means a car is essential, as walking to town is impractical due to no sidewalks and poor lighting.

Waking up to the ocean waves every morning was surreal, it felt like a dream. Enjoying sunset dinners on the balcony while watching surfers was something I'll never forget.

I enjoyed my stay at Kona Tiki. Lovely oceanfront views and easy access to beach gear. Although the water temperature in the shower fluctuated, the beautiful setting and cozy room more than made up for it.

It was just an ideal choice for a flash visit in Kailua-Kona with incredible value for money. The oceanfront lanai provided a great view, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Remember to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Location was awesome! Waves crashing outside the balcony were super soothing. We had a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of space. Ice machine and 24/7 water fill was a nice touch. The pool area was relaxing and the staff was friendly. Really made our trip memorable!

The oceanfront view from my Ground Floor King Petite Oceanfront Lanai was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was a dream. The access to the sea wall made it easy to spot marine life like dolphins and crabs. The friendly staff gave great local recommendations and made me feel welcome. The kitchen space was nice, especially since I could prepare some meals. However, the parking situation was a bit tricky. The lot is small, which made finding a spot a challenge at times. Also, the lack of air conditioning and the high humidity made the hot weather uncomfortable during my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the experience was memorable for the beautiful ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely consider returning if improvements on parking and cooling can be made.
